It's true - if you only think small thoughts, then you are likely to only achieve small things, but if you dream on a BIGGER scale, then you are much more likely to achieve those big dreams.

It is all about setting the direction of your energy - the more positive you are, the bigger the energy flow in the direction you want to go. It really does come down to "what you believe" is "what you get". So believing (and I mean really believing - not some half-hearted wish) that you are going to be an astronaut/doctor/artist/slim is exactly the energy that is needed to make it happen. How many times have you heard of a successful person saying "for as long as I can remember - I always wanted to be ..."? Those people started out in life with a conviction of who they were going to be - what a powerful way to get what they want out of life!

4. Coaching TIP - Believe in Yourself and others will too

Only when you start to believe in yourself, will you start to project a positive energy to other people. This is what they are reading from your body language, your mannerisms, your attitude, your words. It makes a composite picture of YOU and it is either saying - I AM AFRAID / UNWORTHY / NEEDY / VICTIM or I am SUCCESFUL, I am an ACHIEVER / WORTHY / FORTUNATE.

Depending upon WHO is looking at you, you can expect to be treated according to the image that you are portraying. If a predator sees a VICTIM, they will surely make their move to attack or USE you in some way. However, if they see an ACHIEVER, then they will probably look somewhere else for an easier target!
So - BELIEVE IN YOURSELF - then everyone else will.

A lonely frog telephoned the Psychic Hotline and asked what his future holds.

His personal psychic advisor tells him: "You are going to meet a beautiful young girl who will want to know everything about you."

The frog is delighted with this news - "This is great! Will I meet her at a party?" he croaks.

"No," says the psychic, "in biology class."

An old man was wondering if his wife had a hearing problem. So one night, he stood behind her while she was sitting in her lounge chair.
